Membrane Solutions® reverse osmosis membrane housing is relatively simple to install and use, ensuring that the new RO filter housing is compatible with the old water filtration system. The water filter housing installation process consists of the following four steps:

• Remove the tubing from the quickconnect fitting on the membrane housing cap. Use a wrench to twist off the housing cap in a couter-clockwise direction.
• Pull out the old membrane. Use scissors or pliers to apply leverage if necessary.
• Insert the new membrane into the housing. Make sure the O-ring is properly seated on the end of the membrane housing.
• Place the housing cap back on and tighten it.
